The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing the most-efficient routes, ensuring on-time deliveries including scheduled orders, receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from couriers during their routes.

I. General Job Description

This position will report to the Dispatch manager and direct employees to achieve planned goals and KPI metrics, while adhering to established procedures for business conduct, safety, and personnel administration.

II. Minimum Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in the cannabis industry.
  • 1+ years of Customer Service Representative experience.

 

III. Desired Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong Leadership and managerial skills.
  • Strong organization, communication, leadership, and managerial skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

 

 

IV. Responsibilities & Duties

  • Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers
  • Evaluates the efficiency and productivity of team members in creating positive customer experiences
  • If necessary, resolves customer disputes and complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Creates a customer focused environment in all areas of operations (production, sales, and delivery) and monitors the location ensuring a clean and professional environment
  • Provides training and development of team members on assigned shifts by monitoring goals and providing feedback
  • Coaches, counsels, and provides feedback to team members on their performance and to ensure adherence to company policies and standards
  • Maintains communication with the COO and/or executive team to ensure deadlines are met and quality checks are being performed
  • Oversees fulfillment related services and activities
  • Responsible for communication with the Facility Manager and team members on daily/weekly/monthly goals, performance to plan, key performance metrics, customer issues and company initiatives
  • Complies with and enforces Humble Root established policies and procedures and maintains an environment of controls
  • Performs all other administrative duties as needed or requested including without limitation scheduling, training compliance, and dispatch controls
  • All other duties as needed or required
